Under following conditions, Queens Beauty Supply will provide high satisfaction return service. 1. Purchased merchandise must be in original condition, same as brand new. 2. Final sale, Clearance, Event sale item are non-returnable. 3.Exchange, Refund must be made within 7 days from the date customer receives product 4. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. 5. How to get exchange or refund Step1. Contact our online department by e-mail which is included return reasons and pictures if there is manufacturer defect on merchandise. Does the hair shed?
While detangling or styling the hair, you may see a few strands shed like natural hair but very minimal.
Are the units pre-styled?
Units arrive: pre-plucked, lightly pre-bleached, in the texture, cap size & cap style ordered. Wigs are not pre-styled & the lace is not pre-cut.
How long does the hair last?
The longevity of our hair collection depends on the care & maintenance you do on a daily & weekly basis. On average our customers can use their extensions for at least 2 years. Many of our clients extensions have lasted 5+ years.
Can the hair be dyed, curled & colored?
All of our human hair products can be dyed, curled, flat ironed, colored, washed & brushed just like your own hair.
